Marlborough Golf Course, near Swindon, offers a varied 18-hole parkland and downland course. The front nine is tree-lined, the back nine on resilient downland turf, playable year-round and challenging for all levels. Founded in 1888, expanded to 18 holes by 1974 with input from J Hamilton Stutt. The clubhouse overlooks the course with a bar, restaurant, and veranda.
