Linville Ridge is a unique golf course in North Carolina with panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Situated at 4,949 feet above sea level, it is the highest course east of the Mississippi River. In 2007, Bobby Weed gave the course a robust, landscape-focused character that complements the surroundings and enhances playability. The golf experience is enhanced by the Learning Center, introduced in 2025, featuring three indoor bays with TrackMan technology, a PuttView putting studio, and an outdoor practice area with chipping and putting greens and a spacious tee, offering excellent practice facilities for golfers of all levels.
