Laukariz Golf Klub Zelaia

Laukariz Golf Klub Zelaia, also known as Club de Campo Laukariz, is located in a vast nature park near Mungía, close to Bilbao and Loiu airport. The course has 27 holes over about 70 hectares and offers three official 18-hole combinations. The first 18 holes opened in 1975, designed by Mr. Puttman; the last nine followed in 2005, designed by Stirling & Martin (Global Golf Company). The course is demanding due to slopes and elevation changes, with views of hills and valleys. Bunkers, lakes, thick roughs, dog-legs, and greens with significant slopes require a smart, tactical approach. This variety makes Laukariz a challenging course for players seeking both technical and physical tests, in a club with a warm, familiar atmosphere and clear history.
