La Hacienda Links Golf Resort

La Hacienda Links Golf Resort offers two 18-hole championship courses on the Costa del Sol: the Links Course and the Heathland Course, both par 72. The Links Course, originally opened in 1992 and later fully transformed by Kurtis Bowman, plays close to the coast with each hole unfolding toward the Mediterranean. Wind, natural elevation changes and views of Gibraltar Rock and the African coast create a classic links-style experience. The Heathland Course, designed by Dave Thomas, demands precision and strategy as it moves across Andalusian plateaus and through valleys with large lakes that tighten the lines of play. Between rounds, golfers can enjoy Calma, known as the “World’s Best Halfway House,” located between holes 9 and 10, while the resort also offers extensive practice facilities, including a 72-bay practice area, two competition putting greens and short-game zones.
