Holyhead Golf Club in Trearddur Bay, Anglesey, has strong historic links roots. It started as a 9-hole course mentioned in 1893 and expanded to 18 holes by 1910. The course includes land known as the Warren and Flagstaff Field, with marshland, giving it an open, natural links character and varied holes.
