Highland Park Golf Course is an 18-hole semi-private course in Central New York, originating from a nine-hole course on some of the highest elevations in Cayuga County. Founded in 1925, it underwent a major renovation in the 1930s led by A.W. Tillinghast. In 1974, the back nine was added, designed by Geoffrey S. Cornish, featuring fast, rolling greens and bunkers for a challenging round for the average golfer. The front nine was also refined, including extensive sand bunker renovations. The 2009 clubhouse faces the 18th green and has a wrap-around deck with panoramic views over much of the course. After the round, 1925 Grill offers a restaurant and bar with views of the course.
