Golfweg 2 7431 PR Diepenveen
Sallandsche Golfclub ‘de Hoek’ is a classic 18-hole course in the Sallandsche coulissen landscape near Diepenveen. Founded in 1934 by industrialists Ankersmit and Van der Lande, it began as a 9-hole design by Frank Spalding before being expanded to 18 holes in 1990 using drawings by Frank Pennink. The course is strongly shaped by its woodland setting: 12 holes play through the woods, while the remaining six are surrounded by forest, giving the round a calm, natural character. Practice facilities are well developed, with a floodlit driving range of about 220 metres, seven covered tee positions and a covered lesson area for the professionals. Golfers can also work on their short game at a practice area with three tees and three greens, including bunker practice. The club has a successful youth program and hosted the NK Matchplay in 2009.
