Golfbaan Dorhout Mees

Golfbaan Dorhout Mees is a distinctive 18-hole golfing experience in the Flevopolder, designed by Michiel van der Vaart and Andrew Cude. Played as a 9-hole course with 18 different tees, it makes smart use of reclaimed Zuiderzee soil, water features, raised ground, landscaped beaches and rich vegetation. The result is a varied round with changing lies, clear risk-and-reward moments and wide views over the Veluwemeer. One of the standout holes is the island green on hole 9, where run-offs all around demand accuracy and commitment. After the round, the Sportsbar & Brasserie and terraces look out over the greens of holes 9 and 18, while the practice facilities include a driving range, putting area, chipping area and fullswing training spaces.
