Golf Campo Carlo Magno is a classic course of Golf Club Madonna di Campiglio, located in the Parco Naturale Adamello Brenta. During play, you overlook the Dolomiti di Brenta, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2009. The landscape gives the course a strong and distinctive character. The golf course has a long history: in 1919, part of the former Austrian imperial grounds was converted into a golf course designed by Henry Cotton. The course was in use by 1921 and originally had 9 holes, later enhanced with double tees while preserving the original layout.
