Dalton Golf and Country Club is a private 18-hole championship golf course with a rich history dating back to 1915. Designed by Gary Player and revised by Bill Bergin in 2020, its tree-lined layout offers a challenging yet varied round, with tough tests from the back tees and relaxed play from the forward tees. The course features TifEagle Bermuda greens, TifTuf Bermuda fairways, Tour angle sand bunkers, and Scottish Links Fescue in native areas. Training facilities include a driving range, short game area, and practice putting green. The club has hosted events like the NAIA Men’s Golf Championship, Georgia Open, Collegiate Conference Championship, and will host the NAIA Women’s Golf Championships in 2027 and 2028.
