Malahide Road, Dublin
Clontarf Golf & Bowling Club is a historic golf club near Dublin, founded in 1912. The course expanded from nine holes to a full 18-hole layout, later redesigned by Harry Colt. Clontarf is one of the rare clubs with an 18-hole course within Dublin's city limits. The clubhouse is in Donnycarney House, built in 1781 as a private residence and later renovated blending old and new. Tradition is strong here: the Lord Mayor’s Cup has been a regular competition since 1951, and the Bowling Club has been part of the club since 1925.
