Catharinenburg

Catharinenburg is a golf course in the polder of Roxenisse on Goeree-Overflakkee, where the quiet, rural island setting adds to the experience. The complex offers 18 holes, Par 72, alongside an 18-hole Par 3 course, making it suitable for both full rounds and relaxed practice at different levels. Open seven days a week, it combines variety on the course with a strong focus on improvement. Golfers can make use of a spacious driving range with 18 teeing areas, six of them covered, as well as putting greens and a chip-and-pitch area with sand and grass bunkers. A dedicated golf school with professionals is part of the facilities, and after the round the clubhouse, restaurant and terrace provide a pleasant place to unwind with views of hole 18. The club began in the early 1990s and has grown into a golf complex spread across about 30 hectares.
