Blackmoor Golf Club

Blackmoor Golf Club in Hampshire is a traditional heathland course designed by Harry Colt. The course consists of two loops of nine holes and plays as a challenging Par 69. The fairways wind through heather, pines, birches, and oaks, making the landscape a clear part of the game. Subtle dog-legs require thoughtful choices, while precision off the tee is more important than length. The par-3s also bear Colt's signature, with elevated greens strongly defended by bunkers. Blackmoor was founded in 1913 and was known between 1998 and 2003 as a regional qualifying venue for the Open Championship. Additionally, the course is closely linked to the Selborne Salver, an important amateur tournament played in its current form at Blackmoor since 1976.
