Ballumbie Castle Golf Course

Ballumbie Castle Golf Course is an 18-hole parkland course on Dundee's edge, par 67, 5184 yards. It features rolling, lush parkland with wide views. The design offers variety: no two holes are the same, with doglegs, large bunkers, and emphasis on position over length. Accurate tee shots are key, especially in the first six holes; 12 holes have out of bounds. Greens are fast with subtle breaks, demanding sharp short game. Opened June 2000, later enhanced with relocated greens, new bunkers, mature planting. The course starts tough, with a challenging middle from holes 11-14. After play, a warm clubhouse and Toptracer driving range await. Regular Gents Open days are held.
